How agent commission works on bookinfo
Updated Sun 8 Nov 2026
Short answer. You earn 10% of the stay, IVA included (8,26% if you invoice from another EU country under reverse charge). It is already inside the price your client sees. Your client pays you; you transfer us the price less your commission, 50% within 48 hours of confirming and the balance six weeks before arrival. Commission invoices are made for you.
Commission that someone else pays you later means an invoice to write and a payment to chase. On bookinfo you keep
yours the moment your client pays you.
The price your client sees
It already includes your commission, and it sits a little below the same villa on Airbnb.
What you earn
- 10% of the stay price, IVA included.
- Agents invoicing from another EU country under reverse charge: 8,26%, so the cost to us stays the same.
- The tourist tax is not commissionable.
How the money moves
1Your client asks to book on the proposal page. You confirm in your account; the dates are checked again live.
2Your client pays you. You transfer us 50% of the price, less your commission on it, within 48 hours.
3Your client pays the balance seven weeks before arrival; you transfer yours, less your commission, a week later, six weeks before arrival.
Invoices
Commission invoices are issued automatically, every time a payment reaches us. You agree to this when you sign up.
If your client cancels
Payments are not refundable once made. One change of dates is possible before the balance is due, if the new dates
are free.
Limitations. Commission is earned on money we have actually received. Prices are live until a deposit is paid.
