You book your stay through your agent, who is your contact for everything about it. The property is provided by EQT von 2018, S.L., CIF B16582819, Carrer de Pere de Portugal 11, 4A, 07800 Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain, hello@bookinfo.eu, or by the owner of a partner villa through EQT.
Your booking is confirmed once your agent has paid for your stay. Until then the dates stay open to others and the price can change.
You pay your agent, on the terms your agent gives you. Payments are non-refundable once made.
One change of dates is possible before the balance is due, if the new dates are free.
The Balearic tourist tax is €2,20 per person per night. It is either included in your price or paid at the villa, as your proposal shows.
A security deposit is held before arrival and returned after check-out, less any damage, missing items or extra cleaning. The amount is shown in your proposal.
Only the number of guests shown in your proposal may stay. Every guest must be registered before arrival with their full name and an official identity document; this is required by Spanish law.
The villas are in residential areas: no parties or events, quiet hours from 23:00 to 09:00, no smoking indoors, no pets unless agreed in writing, no glass near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times; there is no lifeguard.
If neighbours complain or the authorities are involved, the stay may be ended without refund. Fines caused by the group are paid by the group.
Check-in and check-out times are given with your stay information. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only when agreed in advance, at €40 an hour.
If the property cannot be provided, you are offered a stay of the same standard or better, or the money received for it is refunded through your agent.
